This service includes an initial 30 min dietary consult so that we can discuss things like current diet, likes and dislikes, cooking abilities, allergies or intolerances, cultural and/or personal dietary preferences, etc. You will receive a shopping list, plus a 2 week meal plan full of healthy recipes for meals and snacks.
