So what is a Nutritionist?
To become a qualified accredited nutritionist, one must complete a Health and Science Bachelor degree studying in the field of nutrition. With consideration of the mind, body and soul, a nutritionist provides education and advice in relation to dietary choices and nutritional status. Guided by evidence based research and through educating clients, general public, and wider population groups, a nutritionist uses food and nutrition to improve health, wellbeing, and prevent future health implications. A nutritionist focuses on the multifaceted aspect of illness and disease by treating the whole person.
