Return Consults

Return consults are often taken 4-6 weeks after the second follow-up consult. The client’s current health is reviewed, progress assessed, potential barriers discussed, information missed from the first two consults are covered, and development of a new treatment plan is made. The number of follow-up consults required depends on the individual and their health status.
