Second Follow-Up Consult

Second consults take place within 2-4 weeks of the initial consult. During this consult we will cover any areas missed in the initial consult, check in on your current health status, answer any questions that you may have in relation to the initial treatment plan, discuss areas where you have been able to make changes and discuss any potential barriers you may be facing in regards to making changes.

For those required to take any pathology testing or complete symptom diaries, an individualised treatment plan is created drawing upon current evidence based research and with consideration of the client’s current health status, lifestyle, spiritual, cultural and personal beliefs. It will include dietary and lifestyle modifications/recommendations, supplementation advice if deemed necessary, and appropriate health handouts and recipes.

Others will receive their second treatment plan, which is often similar to the first treatment plan, although further tweaked to suit your individual health needs.
